Field Rules
Field users do so at their own risk. No responsibility can be taken for any incidents within the field. Vehicles and contents are left at their owner’s risk.
Entering and Leaving the Field
- Please do not arrive any earlier than 10 minutes before your session start time.
- Please ensure that you have left the field and loaded your dogs before the start of the next session.
- Please drive slowly and carefully up the drive to the field.
- Please wait until the previous user has loaded their dogs into the car before getting your dogs out.
- Please do not exercise your dog outside the secure field area and keep your dog on the lead until you are within the boundary fencing with the gate closed.
- Please make sure the field gate is closed immediately upon entering and leaving the field.
- Children must be always supervised by an adult.
- No subletting of the field. We welcome dog trainers and dog walkers in our field, but arrangements must be made in advance.
- Prong collars, shock collars, spray collars and choke chains are not permitted.
- We will not tolerate any mistreatment of dogs, including using physical force against them and anyone using such methods will be banned.
Waste and Litter
- Please provide your own biodegradable poo bags and use the bin provided to dispose.
- Please take all litter away with you or use the bins provided.
Parasite and Disease Control
- All dogs using the field must be up to date with their flea and worming treatments.
- Dogs must be fully vaccinated or be able to provide an up-to-date titre test result and be disease free.
Cancellations
- Cancellations can be made up until 6 hours before your booking, for which you will receive a full refund.
- If cancelling within 6 hours of your booking, we will not be able to refund you.
- Extensions for late arrivals will not be permitted.
- Refunds for no-shows will not be given.
- We reserve the right to close the field at any time and give a full refund.
- If you wish to amend a future appointment to a different time, please cancel your original booking and make a new one. Then please contact us and we will ensure that a full refund is given for the original slot.
