Cancellations



• Cancellations can be made up until 12 hours before your booking, for which you will receive a full refund.
• If cancelling within 12 hours of your booking, we will not be able to refund you.
• Extensions for late arrivals will not be permitted.
• Refunds for no-shows will not be given.
• We reserve the right to close the field at any time and give a full refund.
• If you wish to amend a future appointment to a different time, you can do via your email confirmation up to 12 hours before your slot time.
